Diversity and experience are the cornerstones of A3 Custom Homes. Our senior management team consists of Pavan (Paul) Kumar and Bob Volles. Jerry Perillo is Marketing and Sales Director and oversees our customer experience and communications. Paul is a National Association of Home Builders Graduate Master Builder and a Certified Green Builder who has won numerous awards for design and quality over the last decade. Bob has been a division president, regional executive at the local and southeast regional level of home building, land acquisition and development for over 35 years.
Jerry has been a division president, as well as sales director for multiple national builders in the Southeast. Together we have developed a set of quality and customer service standards, as well as a process, that will deliver a new home experience for you of the best design and highest quality at an extraordinary value.
